1) STAY IN THE STRUCTURE.
By confirming a reservation, the customer accepts the conditions proposed by the structure. Which: it is not allowed to give the apartment to third parties, it is forbidden to organize parties and cause disturbing noises, it is not allowed to smoke inside and in the common areas. Small pets can be admitted if communicated at the time of booking, a supplement may be required.
Reservations will be confirmed only when the balance is paid with the sending of the documents of each guest. By confirming a reservation, the customer accepts the contractual conditions of the rental service and declares to have read and accepted the proposed conditions.
2) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.
Check in is from 14:00 and check out by 10:00. When booking or at least 48 hours before arrival we ask that it be communicated.
All the structures are equipped with Self check-in which allows guests to enter independently with a simple tap of the phone of the person who made the reservation.
3) OUT OF HOURS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
It is only possible if available and an additional cost may be required.
4) EXPERIENCES AND SERVICES.
The site allows those who access the online platform to view and purchase services and activities belonging to different categories.
5) METHOD AND PAYMENT.
It is possible to book on the site by credit cards of the main international circuits, by bank transfer, pay pal.
6) PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TIMES.
Free cancellation within 7 days of check in, 30% penalty for those who cancel from 7 days to 2 days, 100% penalty in the 2 days prior to check in. Requests for cancellation and / or modification must always be communicated by e-mail to [email protected]
In case of cancellation by the customer after the defined time, the total amount paid will be retained.
